Nothing you type into these widgets is transmitted over the network, sent to an external lead form, or processed by a live AI provider.

What We Collect in Production

When you request a GEO Report or contact us on the live production service, we collect the details you enter: your storefront address, work email, optional company name, and your message. In production, scheduling and contact records are managed in our CRM system of record, The Viking Stack.

How We Use Information

  • To prepare and send the GEO Report or engineering reply you requested
  • To follow up about your readiness walkthrough, if you agreed to it
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Forge Commerce service
